Registered Representatives Payouts

We offer pay-outs up to 90% of the gross dealer concession for production of $125,000 of annual Gross Dealer Concession (GDC) or more. First year commissions and trails through the broker-dealer, insurance commissions, bonuses and renewals through our managing general insurance agency and financial planning and investment advisory fees done through our Registered Investment Advisory firm, Wilbanks Securities Advisory, all count toward your production requirements for this pay-out. Also, you will participate in your trailing commissions at the same rate as up front commissions. These trails help you to increase your income over time without having to increase your sales, which is vitally important in today's market. These residuals help representatives to annuitize their business.

Production Bonuses
Incremental production bonuses can be earned as follows:

*Branch office bonuses are reduced by individual bonuses. If individual bonuses exceed branch bonus, no further bonuses are paid. Production bonuses are computed on incremental dollars only. The maximum commission payout under any option is 92%. Securities business is not eligible for production bonuses. The fee based 92% and 95% payout options are mutually exclusive from production bonuses.
