OSJ Manager Payouts

If you have a producer group, and that group does $300,000 in gross dealer concession each calendar year, then the pay-out is up to 90% to the group. The Branch Office Supervisor's override is generally the amount between this 90% and the pay-out to the Registered Representative.* Production bonuses of up to 2% are available, as shown below. Pay-outs to Registered Representatives under Branch Office Supervisors are negotiable and are normally based on business tenure and production volume.

Production Bonuses
Incremental production bonuses can be earned as follows:

Branch office bonuses are reduced by individual bonuses. If individual bonuses exceed branch bonus, no further bonuses are paid. Production bonuses are computed on incremental dollars only. The maximum commission payout under any option is 92%. Securities business is not eligible for production bonuses. The fee based 92% and 95% payout options are mutually exclusive from production bonuses.
