Equity Participation Statement of Intent

Wilbanks Securities, Inc. has plans to implement an equity-participation whereby representatives and employees can own 10% of the broker-dealer simply by being registered or employed by the firm providing that all provisions of the independent contractor and employment agreements are kept by representatives and employees. This part of our equity-participation plan will not require contributions on the part of representatives or employees. This is our commitment in writing that this equity participation plan will be implemented. This program serves to be an extra benefit of being affiliated with Wilbanks Securities, Inc. Representatives and Employees of our broker-dealer will truly be stakeholders of the enterprise!
