Acrobat Reader Download

Follow the link at the right to begin the selection process for obtaining Acrobat Reader which is required for many of the documents on this website. Once the Acrobat Reader window opens you will be able to select the proper version based on your operating system and language.

Acrobat Reader Version 9.1 (41 mb) is the latest version as of mid-2009 and is recommended for compatibility with the large volume of PDF documents available. Please uncheck the Free Google Toolbar (optional) checkbox and any other optional component before downloading. Note: the latest Adobe Reader download includes Adobe "AIR" which cannot be 'unchecked' at install time. To download the latest standalone version of Adobe Reader without Adobe "AIR" please go to

and select the appropriate version (which should be about 20mb to 25mb in size).

Acrobat Reader Version 6, 7, or 8 may be acceptable depending on the source PDF document and how it was assembled. Earlier versions of Acrobat Reader may not have important security updates that are present in the latest version.
